This site was created to help Granite Staters understand that legalizing same-sex marriage would lead to many radical social changes in our state, changes that can easily be shown would result in far more harm than good.
Too often currently the debate on this critical question is seen simply as one over competing values, between moral or religious objections on the one side and appeals to “fairness” and “equality’ on the other. It is far more complex than that. If we are to make wise and responsible public policy we must broaden this debate to consider everything that is at stake for our state, for our society and for future generations.
To do this we must look to the lessons from human history, the findings of social science research and apply good old Yankee common sense. The material and links posted on this site will help us do that.
